1.2. ОПИСАНИЕ РЕЗЕРВУАРА
1.2.1. МАТЕРИАЛ
Для изготовления рамы и днища используются следующие параметры:
• Контроль наслоения в соответствии со стандартом EN10160.
• Сертификации подлежат не менее 3,2, согласно стандарту EN10204.
• Использование листов (MAKSTIL), совместимых со стандартом EN10028-3 и P 460 (NL2)
• Листы, производства Китая и Украины не используются.
• Ножки и места удвоений используются из сертифицированных листовых материалов, которые можно соединить сваркой.
• Заглушки используются согласно стандарту ASTM A 193 B7, гайки используются согласно стандарту ASTM A 194 в стандартах качества 2H.
1.2.2. ИЗГОТОВЛЕНИЕ
• Изготовитель получит сертификаты EN729 и AD hp0.
• Оболочки гальванического модуля рамы будут производиться из одного листа.
• Использование продольной сварки на листах рамы не предусмотрено (модуль).
• Для изготовления днища используется один лист. Листы, после сварки стали пластиной, не будут использоваться для днища.
• После изготовления днища, измеряется его толщина.
• При формировании днища, толщина не будет ниже, чем указанно в спецификации.
